 Fire Hydrants 
Quarterly Charge $140.45 per hydrant

 For those customers who meet the following criteria, namely: 
(1) are outside the Company’s franchise territory (CPCN) and
(2) have a legitimate alternative source of supply, the third block rate will
be the same as the second block rate.
